As per phone conversation with you service connection between Etisalat network and RIM is congested, and upgrading the line will be completed on 4th of Dec.
As per statistics, the lean traffic time currently is from 01:00 to 10:00. Therefore, please check the situation in the early morning (8am or 9am), otherwise, you check it after 4th of Dec.
