Have you ever tried to search Google for the answer to your BlackBerry problems, only to find nothing? We have, plenty of times. That’s one of the main reasons why we created BBGeeks. While you can now find something like how to change your BlackBerry auto signature with a Google search, we’re still building up our library of guides and tips. In the meantime, you can check out BlackBerry Answers, at least if you’re north of the border. Let’s take a look at the new service.
The process is simple and intuitive. You start by either clicking on the BlackBerry HELP! icon on your home screen, or by visiting mobile.blackberry.com from your device. That will bring you to a dialog box, where you can ask whatever question your heart desires.
To provide you with a relevant answer, the Answers will sift through RIM’s manuals and guides, plus other knowledge base material. Here’s an example:

Not bad at all. It even brings up little diagrams when possible.
It’s really that simple, too. Like most web-based help forms, it asks you to provide feedback as to whether your search string provided a suitable answer.
Well, now, that didn’t take too long, did it? I guess it’s tough to do an in-depth “how to” on such an intuitive how to interface.
